MatrixTradeAI provides artificial-intelligence software for market analysis, signal intelligence and trading automation tooling. MatrixTradeAI is a technology provider: we are not a broker, we do not hold client funds, and we do not provide investment advice or portfolio management.
You register by providing your first name, last name, email address and phone number, and by accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your member sign-in credentials confidential.
Premium features are offered as recurring subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Elite). Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time through the billing portal on your subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable taxes as displayed there.
All signals, scores, analyses and bot outputs are informational technology outputs, not investment advice. Trading forex, indices, commodities and crypto-assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Past performance of any model or strategy does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You agree not to misuse the platform: no reverse engineering of the models, no resale or redistribution of signals or outputs, no automated abuse of the AI assistant, and no use of the platform for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
The platform, models, interface and content are the property of MatrixTradeAI. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform while your subscription is active.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatrixTradeAI is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which MatrixTradeAI is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: support@matrixtradeaibot.com.
